PRBLM — Refund & Exchange Policy

We want every PRBLM piece to arrive exactly as expected. If you need to request a return or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@prblm.sg.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must meet all the conditions below. PRBLM reserves the right to reject returns that don't meet these standards.

New condition
Returned in 100% brand-new, resaleable condition.
Unused & unworn
No signs of wear, stretching, marks, stains, or deodorant residue.
Unwashed
Fabric must be in original, unlaundered condition (no ironing/steaming).
Original tags
All original tags attached and intact — not removed or reattached.
Original packaging
Include original packaging, garment bags, inserts, labels, and accessories where possible.
Scent-free
No perfume, smoke, detergent, or room-fragrance odors.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Final sale items: sale or discounted items are final.
  • Worn items: items showing visible signs of wear or failing the New Condition standard.
  • Missing components: missing tags, packaging, or accessories.
  • Contaminated items: stains, pet hair, alterations, or residual scents.
  • Late returns: notifications outside the 7-day window.
  • Change-of-mind: accepted only if all return eligibility conditions are fully met and the return is requested within 7 days of delivery.

3. Exchanges (Size swaps only)

Size exchanges are permitted once per order, subject to stock availability and meeting all return eligibility conditions.

  • Process: Email orders@prblm.sg with your order number and requested size.
  • Return shipping: Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Outbound shipping: Original outbound shipping is not refundable or transferable.
  • If size is unavailable: A store credit will be issued instead.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

How to report: Email orders@prblm.sg within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

PRBLM reserves the right to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the nature of the issue and stock availability. For approved defective or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by PRBLM.

5. Refunds

  • Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method by default.
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after returned items are received, inspected, and approved.
  • Shipping: Outbound shipping is included in product pricing and is non-refundable.
  • Duties & taxes: Any international duties, taxes, or customs fees are strictly non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are always borne by the customer. PRBLM is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in return transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
