PRBLM — Shipping Policy

We aim to ship your order quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Below is everything you need to know about shipping options, delivery timelines, and tracking.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days maximum, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We work hard to minimise delays.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times (Singapore)

At checkout, customers may select one of the following delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery (1–3 Working Days)
    Complimentary. Delivered via our local courier partners. Delivery timeframe begins after order processing.
  • Next Day Delivery
    Available at an additional charge. Orders must be placed before the daily courier cutoff (Orders after 3 PM → processed next working day) to qualify. Delivery is targeted for the next working day but is not guaranteed during peak periods, adverse weather, or public holidays.

All delivery timelines are estimates provided by third-party carriers and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Fees

Standard delivery is included in the listed product price.

If a customer selects Next Day Delivery, an additional delivery fee will be displayed and charged at checkout.

In the event of a return, the original outbound shipping portion of the order remains non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs or import fees based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your address is accurate before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation. For damaged deliveries, please provide clear photos within 48 hours of receipt.

8. Pre-Orders

Orders containing pre-order items will ship together once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.
